At Drop N Go Haulers, we understand that plans can change unexpectedly. To accommodate this, we offer flexible cancellation options, including the opportunity to purchase Cancellation Insurance for added peace of mind.

Without Cancellation Insurance:

• No Refunds: In the event that you need to cancel your dumpster rental and have not purchased Cancellation Insurance, please note that refunds will not be issued.
• Credit System: Instead of a refund, we will hold a credit for the full amount paid in our system. This credit can be applied to any future services within a 6-month period from the original booking date. This ensures that your investment with us is protected, even if your immediate plans change.

With Cancellation Insurance:

• Cost: For a nominal fee of $49, our Cancellation Insurance offers you the flexibility to cancel your booking without financial loss.
• Refunds: Should you decide to cancel your rental after purchasing Cancellation Insurance, you are entitled to a full refund of your booking cost, excluding the insurance fee itself.
• Peace of Mind: We recommend considering Cancellation Insurance to safeguard against unforeseen changes to your plans, offering you complete peace of mind in your rental decision.
