Terms of Service

Last updated: May 22, 2026

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your use of services provided by Drop N Go Haulers LLC (“Drop N' Go Haulers,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and our website. By booking a service, requesting a quote, or otherwise engaging with us, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Drop N' Go Haulers provides dumpster rental, junk removal, dumpster bag pickup, and light demolition services in Massachusetts and Southern New Hampshire. Specific scope, size, pricing, and timing are confirmed in writing or by text at the time of booking.

2. Booking, scheduling, and cancellation

  • Bookings are confirmed once payment (or a deposit, where applicable) has been received and we've confirmed your service date.
  • Delivery and pickup windows are estimates. We'll do everything reasonable to hit them, but weather, traffic, transfer-station hours, and prior jobs may shift timing.
  • Cancellations more than 24 hours before the scheduled delivery are refundable in full. Cancellations inside 24 hours may be subject to a service fee to cover scheduled time and route costs.
  • If we can't deliver because the site isn't accessible (gate locked, vehicle blocking, unsafe ground, etc.) and we have to return another day, a re-delivery fee may apply.

3. Pricing, payment, and overages

  • Quoted prices are flat unless we note otherwise in writing.
  • Dumpster rentals include 3 days. Overstays may be billed at a per-day rate unless otherwise arranged.
  • Each dumpster rental includes a stated weight allowance. Weight over that allowance is billed at $0.12 per pound, based on the transfer-station scale ticket.
  • Payment is due at booking unless we've set up a different arrangement (e.g., net-15 for established commercial accounts).
  • Returned payments or chargebacks may incur additional fees.

4. Use of the dumpster

You agree to use any dumpster we deliver only for legitimate disposal of allowed materials, only at the address we delivered it to, and in accordance with weight and fill-line limits. You agree not to overfill (debris must not extend above the top rail) and not to relocate the dumpster yourself.

5. Prohibited items

The following items may not be placed in our dumpsters or included in junk-removal loads:

  • Hazardous waste, including paints, solvents, oils, and pesticides
  • Asbestos-containing materials
  • Medical and biohazardous waste
  • Live ammunition, explosives, and pressurized cylinders other than as agreed
  • Tires (unless arranged separately for a per-tire fee)
  • Industrial-quantity batteries
  • Contaminated soil

The following items are accepted but subject to separate Massachusetts waste-ban handling fees: mattresses and box springs, refrigerators / freezers / A/C units containing refrigerant, propane and helium tanks, and yard waste in bulk.

If prohibited items are found in your load, you agree to reimburse us for any additional disposal, sorting, fines, or remediation costs incurred.

6. Property and damage

Dumpsters are heavy. We'll place wood under the wheels and exercise reasonable care, but you acknowledge that placing a roll-off container on a driveway, lawn, or other surface carries some risk of indentation, scuffing, or minor damage, and you authorize us to place the container at the location you designate.

We're not responsible for damage to underground utilities, septic systems, sprinkler heads, low-hanging branches, gutters, or other items not visible at the time of placement. You agree to identify any such hazards before we arrive.

You're responsible for obtaining any permits required by your town or HOA for placement on streets or public ways.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising out of our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Drop N Go Haulers LLC, its owners, and employees from claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms, your placement of prohibited items in our equipment, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

9. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or our services will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Middlesex County, Massachusetts, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated in a more prominent way. Your continued use of our services after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
