Garage Demolition
Most garage jobs are a single day. The variable that decides everything is whether the garage is detached or shares a wall with the house, because an attached garage is not a demolition job with a smaller footprint — it is a demolition job plus a wall that has to be made weathertight afterwards.
Interior Demolition
Interior demo is the opposite problem from a tear-down: the building has to survive, and every piece of debris leaves through a door someone still uses. The work is slower per square foot than exterior demolition and the protection matters more than the demolition does.
Concrete & Slab Removal
Concrete is the one material where the container is almost never the constraint — the weight is. A slab that fills a fraction of a 10-yard box can exceed what the box is rated to carry, which is why this work is priced by the square foot rather than by the load.
Trampoline Removal
A trampoline looks like a two-person lift and is not. The frame is under real spring tension, the anchors are usually driven deeper than anyone remembers, and the mat, padding and net are not the same disposal stream as the steel. We take it apart in the order that keeps that tension controlled.
