House Demolition & Full Debris Haul-Away
A house comes down in a specific order, and most of the cost is not the knocking down — it is the hauling. A 1,200 square foot single-storey generates far more debris by weight than owners expect, and every load leaves on our trucks rather than a subcontractor's.
Everything you get with our house demolition.
- Structure down and every load hauled by the same crew
- Soft strip before the machine starts
- Foundation removed or left, decided before you sign
- Site graded flat on completion
- Free on-site estimate — this is not a photo quote
Items & projects we handle
What you're actually taking down
Wood-framed residential structure: sheathing and siding over studs, a roof deck under shingles, interior finishes, and a foundation that may be full basement, crawlspace or slab. The foundation is the one part that is a separate decision from the structure above it.
How it comes apart
- 1Utilities off and physically disconnected at the street — nothing starts until that is confirmed, because a live gas or electric service is not something you work around
- 2Soft strip first: appliances, fixtures, anything with a separate disposal path pulled before the machine touches the building
- 3Structure down in sections rather than all at once, so debris lands inside the footprint instead of across the yard
- 4Load out as we go — debris does not sit on site overnight waiting for a separate hauler
- 5Foundation removed or left in place, decided with you before we quote, because it materially changes both the price and the timeline
- 6Site graded flat and swept so the lot is usable, not just empty
Where the debris goes
Framing lumber, sheathing, drywall, roofing, flooring and interior finishes. Landfill-bound.
Ductwork, piping, structural steel and appliances pulled during the soft strip and sent to scrap separately.
Foundation, footings and chimney masonry if the foundation comes out. Handled separately from the framing debris.
Access we need
Machine access to the structure and a staging area a truck can back into. Long or soft driveways, tight lot lines and overhead wires all change the approach, so we walk the site before quoting rather than pricing from a photo.
Every job is quoted on site — this one has too many variables for a flat number to be honest. See how our pricing works.
Licensed, Insured, and Local
We carry full liability and workers' comp coverage on every job. COI available on request for property managers and GCs. Based in Tyngsborough — your job is handled by the same crew that's been doing this work all year.
