Piano Removal & Disposal
Pianos are heavy, awkward, and notoriously hard to give away. We move the ones nobody else will — uprights, spinets, baby grands — out of any room and onto our truck.
Everything you get with our piano removal.
- Two- to three-person crew with proper equipment
- Furniture dollies, straps, and floor protection
- Stairs priced into the quote, per flight past the first two
- Wall and door corner protection
Items & projects we handle
What this costs nationally, and why we still quote it
- 2026 aggregators, uprights: $200–$350
- 2026 aggregators, baby grands and grands: $300–$550
We quote this per job. The figures above are the national market, not our price.
The instrument, the crew it needs and the path out are three separate variables, and only a look at all three produces a number worth relying on.
What moves the number
- weight, which runs from roughly 400 lbs to 1,200 lbs depending on the instrument
- a two to three person crew, because a piano is not a one-person lift at any size
- stairs, which change the job more than the weight does
Insured and Local
We carry commercial general liability. COI available on request for property managers and GCs. Based in Tyngsborough — your job is handled by the same crew that's been doing this work all year.
